The name option is available on most products! All you need to do is select a name font. These will appear in the customization previewer as "Anna". You can also see the name of the font if you hover over the font bubble.
These "Anna" name fonts will allow you to enter more than 3 letters. See the example below. There are five name fonts on the second row and even more if you select the "+ More" button.
If you do not see an "Anna" font available, it may not be an option for that particular product. Our Monogram Experts decide if a product is able to be personalized with a name. If they cannot, this usually has to do with the material of the item or the size of the personalization area.
Can I add a space, numbers, or symbols?
Spaces can be added for most name fonts. Keep in mind that it counts as a character and will make the personalization a bit smaller. We cannot do a second line of personalization for normal orders. If you need a special customization like a company name or logo, that can be considered for bulk ordering (50+). Please reach out to bulk@marleylilly.com if you're interested in a logo bulk order.
Numbers are available for most name fonts. If the previewer does not allow you to type in a number, the font does not support it.
Some symbols are supported for name fonts. If the previewer does not allow you to type the symbol or the preview does not generate, the symbol is not supported.
Keep in mind, the longer the name the smaller the personalization will be! Most name options have an 11-character limit!
Please note that the previewer is our best example of how the personalization will appear on the product. It is not an exact replication of how it will appear on the product.
