It can be incredibly frustrating to check your tracking information, see that your package is officially marked as "Delivered," and find nothing waiting at your doorstep. This is a surprisingly common occurrence, and in most cases, your package is safe and nearby!
Please Note: The vast majority of packages marked as delivered but missing arrive safely within 24 to 48 hours. Before reaching out to customer support, we highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps outlined below.
1. Wait 24 Hours
Carriers (especially USPS, FedEx) occasionally scan shipments as "Delivered" when they are still loaded on a delivery truck or just arriving at a local sorting facility. This is done to optimize route timing. In more than 80% of these cases, the package will turn up on your doorstep by the end of the next normal delivery day.
2. Check Alternative Delivery Spots
To protect your package from weather elements or potential theft, delivery drivers often look for tucked-away spots. Be sure to check:
Porches, side doors, and back patios.
Behind large planters, pillars, or porch furniture.
Inside apartment building package lockers, mailrooms, or leasing offices.
With neighboring houses or units (carriers occasionally drop boxes off next door by mistake).
3. Verify Your Shipping Address
Review your original order confirmation email to ensure that the shipping address provided was 100% accurate. Keep an eye out for missing apartment or suite numbers, typos in the street name, or an outdated zip code.
If you have followed all of the steps above, checked with your neighbors, and 24 hours have passed since the package was marked delivered, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
