You've checked out, and you're expecting a confirmation email, but it hasn't arrived. Not to worry, here are some quick tips to locate that.
- Sometimes our confirmation emails go to your email's spam or promotions folder. Be sure to check there! This is most often the solution.
- Check any auto-populated email addresses saved on your device.
- Check your associated emails with payments, like ApplePay or GooglePay
If you've checked these places and still are unable to locate your confirmation email, try logging into your account. Check under your orders, and you can review your order there.
Still unable to find your confirmation? Please reach out to customer service and they can take a look in our system and attempt to locate the order. It could be a typo in your email address.
