You've received your order and your strap is missing?
Most of our bags are shipped from the manufacturer with the strap secured in a specific location for protection during transit.
Please triple-check the interior pockets?
The strap should be folded up and placed in the dedicated interior zipped pocket (the one that is behind the ML logo). Manufacturers zip this small pocket shut before shipping, so it's often missed during the initial inspection.
If, after checking that specific interior pocket, you still cannot locate the strap, please contact customer service. They can help get the missing strap sent your way.
