If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags/boxes attached. If items are returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains or damaged, they are not eligible for return.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for a return.
Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. We are also unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. You can send your package back to us using the trackable shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.
If for any reason the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, we have the right to deny the return.
Please note that if an order is returned without an RMA number, you will only be eligible to receive an online gift card code for your purchase.
Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code.
