Having trouble with your address at checkout? Here are some tips!
The most common reasons a real, deliverable address won't validate are:
- New Construction/Recent Change: 🏡 The address is for a new home, apartment complex, or business that hasn't been officially added to the main USPS database yet. This can sometimes take a few weeks or months after occupancy.
- Minor Formatting Issues: 🖊️ The address is entered in a way that doesn't perfectly match the USPS standard format. For example, the USPS might only recognize "APT B" instead of "Apartment B," or "N" instead of "North," and our system won't allow the mismatch.
- Rural or Specialized Delivery: 🗺️ Some rural route addresses or locations serviced primarily by P.O. Boxes may not fully populate in the database used for commercial validation.
Option 1: Use an Alternate Address
Please try using a different address that is fully validated by the USPS. This could be:
- The address of a friend or family member.
- Your work/business address.
- A nearby P.O. Box (if applicable).
Option 2: Place a Phone Order
You can call us during business hours 844-204-1482 (M-F 9-5pm EST), and one of our agents can place the order for you. This allows us to manually input the address details and include specific delivery instructions, which can sometimes help the shipping process when an address is not yet in the official database.
