There may be a few different reasons you're having trouble logging into your Marleylilly account! Here are a few common issues:
- You do not have a registered Marleylilly Account. Simply because you've placed a past order does not mean you have an account with a password. Be sure to use the REGISTER side of the login page. Add the email you'd like to associate with the account and create a password.
- You forgot your password: Restore your password
- If you have tried these steps and are unable to log in, be sure to reach out to our Customer Service team: customerservice@marleylilly.com or 844-204-1482 (M-F 9-5pm EST)
- The Customer Service team can help you either manually register or reset your password.
- Please note that you don't have to have an account to place an order. You will still receive an order confirmation and shipping email after the order is placed, regardless of having an account.
